Will it work with Vingcard locks?
Yes. Vingcard locks read MIFARE DESFire EV3, MIFARE Classic 1K, and we embed the exact family your installation uses. If you are unsure which chip your system reads, send us one of your current key cards and we verify it before production.
Compatibility depends on the chip, not the body. A wooden body reads at the same distance and speed as the original key card.
Encoding: blank or pre-encoded?
Either. We ship blank key cards that you encode at your own desk with your Vingcard software, or — if you share your sector keys — we deliver them pre-encoded and numbered.
Most properties choose blank stock; it works on your existing encoder straight out of the box.
Why hotels choose a wooden body
We use FSC-certified walnut, oak, beech and bamboo veneer with a waterproof finish — safe around pools, spas and the sea. Your logo is laser engraved, so it never fades like print.
Printing, engraving, numbering, QR and an NFC layer can be added. The reverse can carry room directions, Wi-Fi and spa information.

+I have Vingcard locks — will your key cards work?
Yes. We produce with the chip family your Vingcard system reads (MIFARE DESFire EV3, MIFARE Classic 1K). If you are unsure, we inspect a sample of your current key card and confirm compatibility before production.
+Can you deliver key cards pre-encoded?
Yes, if you share your sector keys we deliver them pre-encoded and numbered. Otherwise we ship blank stock you encode on your own Vingcard encoder.
+What is your minimum order quantity?
Low quantities are possible for boutique properties; unit cost drops noticeably above 500 pieces. A branded sample set is sent before production.
+How long does production take?
Typically 10–15 working days after artwork approval; wood and leather bodies may take a few days longer. We ship worldwide from Istanbul.
