What makes a key card feel expensive

Weight, texture and edge finish. A plastic card is light and uniform; walnut veneer, tanned leather or brushed metal registers in the hand within the first second and tells the guest what the room rate is before anyone speaks.

The second half is durability. A luxury card lives in pockets, by the pool and through humid seasons. Every body ships sealed and waterproof, and engraving or foil does not fade with use.

Materials we produce

Wood: FSC-certified walnut, cherry, beech and bamboo veneer with laser engraving or hot foil. Leather: matte or polished, debossed logo, favoured by boutique properties. Metal: brushed stainless or gold-plated for signature suites.

Sustainable alternatives: recycled PVC, PLA bioplastic and recycled board. Visually restrained, lowest carbon footprint of the range.

Lock system compatibility

A beautiful card that does not open the door is worthless. Tell us the lock brand and reader type and we select the chip; we produce for properties running MIFARE, NTAG and LEGIC based systems.

A physical sample is sent to your property first. Nothing goes into production until the card has been validated on your own lock.

Personalisation and repeat orders

Logo, room number, sequential numbering, QR codes and personalised welcome printing are all available, and the card can be designed as a set with matching holders and door hangers.

Repeat orders are produced against the approved reference sample, so the second batch matches the first in colour, grain and finish.

Cost depends on the body material, chip and quantity. Recycled bodies start at the low end of the range; wood, leather and metal sit higher because of the craft involved. We quote per project, usually the same day.

+Will the cards work with our existing locks?

Yes. Share the lock brand and reader type, we select a compatible chip and send a sample to be tested on your own doors before production.

+What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard MOQ is 500 units. Smaller runs are considered for boutique properties on a project basis.

+Do wooden cards survive humid climates?

Yes. Wooden bodies are sealed with a waterproof finish and tested for pool, spa and seafront use.
