Recycled PVC & Low-Plastic Cards
If your property reports on materials, the card body is a measurable line item. Recycled PVC, compressed paper-based bodies and plant-fibre composites deliver conventional card performance with a lower raw-material load.

Material options
Recycled PVC uses post-consumer plastic and prints identically to virgin PVC. Compressed paper-based bodies remove conventional plastic entirely for high-turnover or single-stay use. Plant-fibre composites offer a natural texture with reduced plastic content.
We document the selected construction on the order file so it can be quoted directly in your sustainability reporting.
End of life
For properties that reissue frequently, we can set up a collection flow for retired cards so the card cycle moves closer to closed loop.
Frequently asked questions
+Do recycled PVC cards wear out faster?
No. rPVC cards are produced at the same thickness and rigidity and give comparable service life.
+Can paper-based cards handle a pool environment?
They carry a water-repellent coating, but for constantly wet environments we recommend wood or rPVC bodies.
